| BruinCard Partners use BruinCard to
validate cardholder eligibility for the services they offer or as a debit card for making
purchases. The Partners support many activities that enhance the quality of campus life
for students, faculty and staff. Take your BruinCard with you whenever you visit any
location of the Partners listed below: UCLA Store
You may use the Easy Pay debit feature of BruinCard to quickly and
conveniently purchase books, BearWear, computers, snacks, gifts, or anything else
available in the Store.
ASUCLA Restaurants
Your BruinCard will make purchasing meals at any ASUCLA restaurant
easy and fast.
Residence
Halls Residential Restaurants
If you reside in a residence hall, your BruinCard must be presented
to obtain meals in the cafeteria. You may also use your Easy Pay debit account to purchase
food at Puzzles Eatery.
University Library
When your identification number is added to Orion, which is the
University Library system, BruinCard becomes your library card. You must present your
BruinCard whenever a library card is required to obtain their services.
Cultural and
Recreational Affairs (CRA)
The office of Cultural and Recreational Affairs operates all campus
recreation facilities, including those in the John Wooden Center, the gyms and at Sunset
Canyon. Your BruinCard is required to gain access at all locations. In the future you will
be able to use your Easy Pay debit account to purchase recreation programs.
Central Ticket Office
(CTO)
The Central Ticket Office sells tickets for all campus athletic and
entertainment events. In order to obtain discounts for which students are eligible, you
must present your BruinCard at the time of purchase so that your status may be validated.
Your Easy Pay account cannot be used to pay your portion of the price for tickets yet. You
will be able to do so in the future. CTO also sells bus passes and tickets to movies and
other off campus athletic, cultural and entertainment events. You will be able to purchase
these tickets with your BruinCard Easy Pay debit account in the future as well.
Student
Health Services
The Ashe Center houses the campus health clinic, a medical care facility geared to the health needs of UCLA students. To be eligible to use the Ashe Center, you must be a currently registered student, or a student who was registered or graduated in the previous academic term. If you wish to obtain services at the Ashe Center, you must present your BruinCard for proof of eligibility.
Transportation
Services
Transportation Services provides parking and commuter services for
the campus. All current and incoming undergraduate and graduate UCLA students are eligible
for parking, but assignments are made through a need based point system. If you are
assigned parking and wish to pay in-person, you must present your BruinCard for proof of
eligibility. In the future you will be able to use your Easy Pay debit account to make
your payment for parking and commuter services.
Student Alumni
Association
The UCLA Student Alumni Association , known as SAA, is a student-run
organization. SAA programs are designed to facilitate interaction between students and
alumni, and to enhance the student experience by participating in SAA activities and
events. You may purchase SAA membership through the BruinCard Center. When you become a
member the SAA logo will be printed on your BruinCard to identify you for special SAA
discounts and other privileges.
Student
Governments
(Graduate and Undergraduate Student Associations)
The student government organizations manage the process for electing
its' officers. BruinCard provides the systems and operations to support the activity in
accordance with the organizations' requirements. Polling locations are established at
defined locations across campus at which eligible students are able to vote for their
candidates. You must present your BruinCard at the polling site for proof of eligibility
to vote in a student election.
