BruinCard Doors Information

BruinCard oversees the BruinCard Doors program, which provides access management for hundreds of buildings and doors at UCLA.

Existing BruinCard Door Coordinators

BC Doors System Login

BruinCard Door Coordinators who need technical support from the BruinCard team may complete one of the following forms and submit it to BruinCard on the MyUCLA Message Center for assistance.

New BruinCard Door Merchants

Our office works with UCLA Facilities for new BruinCard reader installations. In general, the new merchant onboarding follows the steps below:

  1. UCLA Facilities Management Services Request
  2. Job Walk for door location
  3. Door merchant contract signing
  4. Door coordinator training
  5. Door reader implementation
If you’re interested in becoming a door merchant, please submit a ticket to Facilities or contact BruinCard on the MyUCLA Message Center for more information.
